Noise issues from nearby events!!! Cleanliness in rooms definitely could use an upgrade!!! More attention to staff training about local amenities would greatly improve the guest experience!!! Better communication regarding reservations would also avoid confusion!!!

The staff addressed it, which was decent, but a hot shower is a must, you know? Still, the overall vibe was comfortable enough.
